The first half hour of Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour is based on Steve Adubato’s most recent book, Lessons in Leadership, and will feature Steve, Mary Gamba, Steve's colleague from his leadership firm Stand & Deliver, and a variety of successful leaders, sharing relevant and practical leadership tips, tools and advice. The second half of Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour, featuring State of Affairs with Steve Adubato, a highly-acclaimed public affairs series also broadcast on public television, will explore the critical issues that impact New Jersey and the tri-state region through compelling interviews with leaders in state and federal government as well as business and non-profit sector leaders.

Steve Adubato is joined by Michellene Davis, Executive VP and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, RWJBarnabas Health, for another edition of Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour. Steve Malanga, Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow, discusses one of the biggest problems facing New Jersey - a public employee pension system that is $90 billion short of what it is needed for future benefits. Malanga shares his thoughts on how he believes Governor Phil Murphy will handle this issue and the plans already in place to fix the crisis.

Dr. Joel Bloom, President of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, talks about Governor Murphy’s agenda for higher education including his thoughts on affordability and free community college in NJ.

Assemblyman Jon Bramnick (R) - NJ, Assembly Republican Leader, talks about the biggest issues facing New Jersey including the millionaires tax, 2% cap on interest arbitration, free community college tuition and fully funding the school formula.
