“At Prager Metis we are committed to leadership development and helping our people reach their potential. Steve Adubato and his firm Stand & Deliver have made a huge difference in that effort. Stand & Deliver is a first-rate leadership development firm that customizes its coaching and seminar work for the client’s needs. That’s the same thing we do at Prager Metis. That’s why we are proud to work together with Stand & Deliver and we are also proud that Prager Metis is a lead sponsor of the Lessons in Leadership video podcast with Steve Adubato and his colleague Mary Gamba.”
—Glenn Friedman, CEO, Prager Metis
“Steve is not only well read and studied in Leadership, he possesses an uncanny knack for connecting leadership and history to our current time and place - an invaluable skill and trait in bringing leadership to life. It’s only one of the reasons we hired him to teach at Caldwell University...he has an innate ability to make connections to both history and to the students he is teaching and does so in an engaging and interesting manner. It's why our students love him! Job well done!”

There is much discussion and debate about how much a leader (whether a CEO or not) needs to be involved in the day to day operations of his or her organization. Being an engaged leader is essential, but that is not the same as being involved in virtually every minute detail of organizational life to the extent where the leader is driving, pushing or directing so much of what is going on that members of the team simply wait to be told what to do.
