The workshops in this seminar series will be "hands on"
and practical utilizing realistic team building, leadership and
communication role-plays and scenarios that will help your management
team put what they are learning into practice immediately. In addition,
a comprehensive "action" report or communication "blueprint"
will be developed by the Stand & Deliver team regarding the
respective communication strengths and weaknesses of specific team
members as well as recommendations for improving the "executive
presence" of each member as well as the overall effectiveness
of your organization.
